• Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and additional snacks or beverages.
• Entry fees to monuments, temples, and other attractions (if applicable).
• Any activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Travel insurance.
• Any cost arising from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, weather conditions, etc.).

Booking Terms:

1. A confirmation of the trip requires an advance payment of 50% of the total cost at the time of booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the trip's start date.
3. Bookings are subject to availability of accommodation and transportation at the time of confirmation.
4. Full participant details, including names and contact information, must be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Terms:

1. Cancellation 15 days or more before the trip: Full refund of the advance paid (minus processing fees).
2. Cancellation 7–14 days before the trip: 50% of the advance will be refunded.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip: No refund of the advance paid.
4. Any additional cancellation charges for accommodation or transportation will be deducted from the refund.

Payment Terms:

1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved modes.
2. Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
3. Any changes in pricing due to unforeseen circumstances (fuel charges, taxes, etc.) will be communicated in advance and adjusted accordingly.

Other Terms:

1. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other factors for the safety and convenience of participants.
2. No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departure from the trip.

• If the number of kids fluctuates, the rates will be recalculated and adjusted accordingly.
• Accommodation, meals, and transportation are arranged based on the specified group size; any changes may impact availability and pricing.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, road conditions, or government regulations.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; the organizers will not be liable for any loss or damage.
• All kids must adhere to the trip schedule and follow the instructions of the trip coordinator for safety and smooth execution.
